Massaman Ball Curry
A healthy vibrant meat-free meal
Packed with flavour
A mild, slightly sweet, lightly tangy coconut curry.
In only 7 easy steps
1. Brown FROOM™ Balls in a deep pan (6-8 minutes) until evenly browned all over, then set aside.
2. In the same pan, cook onion until softened.
3. Add the sweet potato, cook for 3 minutes.
4. Stir in curry paste for 2 minutes.
5. Add the FROOM™ Balls back in.
6. Pour in coconut milk, bring to boil, then simmer until sweet potato is tender.
7. Stir in spinach just before serving.
Serve with basmati rice, naan bread, and roasted unsalted peanuts.
