Hello, I’m Jenny Joseph, the CEO and co-founder of Fascin8foods, an innovative Australian plant-based food production company.  Our specialty? Crafting delectable plant-based products centred around mushrooms.

From mouthwatering burger patties to savoury Balls, tantalizing Mince, and sizzling Sausages, we’ve embarked on a flavourful journey to revolutionize plant-based cuisine by providing a product that is full of the natural goodness of mushrooms.

Food has woven itself into the very fabric of my existence from as far back as I can remember. I owe my unwavering passion for exceptional cuisine and the finest ingredients to my French father, who instilled in me the art of preparing a weekly family feast. My culinary voyage has been one of exploration and creation, rooted in the use of the freshest, ingredients. During the tumultuous times of the Covid lockdown, my sons encouraged me to share our family’s cherished recipes, leading to the creation of my food blog, “A Mrs. Robinson’s Affair.”

As my creative juices flowed into the digital realm, fate intervened in the form of my co-founder, Keith Smith, who introduced me to the world of mushroom-based products. Intrigued, I delved into the fascinating universe of mushrooms, uncovering not only their remarkable health benefits but also their potential to positively impact our planet. I was captivated.

A thorough investigation of the current meat-replacement offerings on the market unveiled a stark reality: 99% of these products rely heavily on genetically engineered Soy and Pea Protein, straining Earth’s resources far more than the humble mushroom. Armed with this knowledge, our journey took a momentous turn.
